We want you to be completely happy with your FatFace purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items to us.
How to Return Your Items
You can return items purchased online by post. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns via our stores.
Returns Period
You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund.
Returning Your Items
- Log into your account on our website and visit the ‘Order History’ section to start your return.
- Follow the instructions to generate your returns note.
- Pack your items securely, enclose the returns note, and post them back to us.
Important Information
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of face coverings, socks, hosiery, and jewellery unless faulty.
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services team for assistance.
Returning Gifts
Different rules apply if you are returning a gift purchased for you from our website. Please visit our Help Centre for more details.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order online.
